Raccoon proofed all potential entry points.Pesky creatures tried re entering after 2 years of being free of them.Inhabit the area being in the Rouge Valley and roam around at all times of the day.The company trapped 3 and took them away, but the area has many more.Intially entered our roof in 2015. In the spring of that year, Richard cleaned, disinfected and sealed the entrance with the galvanized mesh.In 2017 spring , they tried entering again(instinct to return), so Richard had to re -enforce and we accepted raccoon proofing all potential entry points.
We are very happy with the service rendered from Richard, Tom and Simon and have referred them to other home owners also in the area and to my sister who had a squirrel in her roof.The company is professional, caring and friendly and I would recommend them.We did shop around intially and some weird unprofessional people turned up!!

I called the exterminators because of a foul smell in my basement. I was told the cost would be $225. They would locate the dead animal and remove drywall to remove it. They would locate the entry point and advise on sealing. I was given a time estimate of 1 to 2 hours to complete this. The technician came an hour late and said he would not be able to locate the dead animal " as it could be anywhere". He stayed 20 minutes and just splashed some antiseptic fluid in the room. I paid an extra $70 for 2 vent grills.
Still have awful smell and nothing achieved. I was promised a service that I did not receive.

Last year we had a wasp problem. Wasps had formed 2 small donut size wasp nests 2 years in a row at the top of the eaves/soffits of the garage peak, and in the backyard in a shed, bbq area and swing set. The Exterminators came out and took care of all of the problem areas, including pointing out a mud wasp nest in our front exterior stairs that I had not noticed. This fall as the leaves began to fall, we noticed a gigantic wasp nest in a tree in the front yard 2 stories up in front of the upper bay window of our home. When I remembered that my disabled sister had suffered a severe unknown allergy in August, which we now think was due to a wasp sting, The Exterminators went out of their way to promptly send someone out to remove the nest and set up new bait traps for us again. Thanks for the prompt and superior service!

I had Dylan come in June to spray our place and put baits out to get rid of our cockroach issue. Since there were still a few in August I had to ask for Dylan to come back and do a second treatment as part of the 3 month warranty. He came back as promised and did his best to make sure our needs were met.

On time. Work completed earlier than expected. They were helpfull, on time, and offered great advice. Turned out we didn't have any issues, but were still pleased for the peace of mind. Would definitely recommend.

Holes in garden from unidentified vermin. Called The Exterminators and they came out that day to install traps, and followed up regularly to ensure our problem was solved.

At the end of March our daughter complained she wasn’t able to sleep due to the noise of something in the attic over her bedroom. We contacted Wildlife Shield and Richard and his excellent assistant/trainee arrived to assess what the problem was and quickly found a large hole chewed right through the roof. It was concluded there was a momma raccoon and her babies housed in the attic. As Richard worked to set up a one-way trap over the hole, his assistant quickly climbed through the access hatch in a bedroom closet and scooped the pups into a bag. The mother scooted to a further location in the attic. They then carefully placed the pups in box lined with insulation in our yard under a bush and partial roof for protection. They left to allow the mother to exit and rescue her pups without being able to re-enter the space, which she did. Richard returned some days later to patch the hole in the roof to protect from rain and further animals entering. He also sealed a small entry in the soffit with clear roofing tar where mice and squirrels were getting in which caused the raccoon to chew and move in in the first place, and he did this free of charge. I highly recommend the care, speed and excellent work that Richard and his trainee/assistant did by humanely dispatching our unwanted house-guests and the quality workmanship he provided to fix the damage and prevent further guests. I called Simon at the The Exterminators over a growing concern regarding a carpenter ant issue at my elderly mothers low rise apartment triplex. Needless to say she was completely stressed as there was a continuous parade of large ants invading her home and apartments. I contacted Simon who expressed a genuine concern of the issue and was very knowledgeable of the problem and how to best treat it. It took several treatments all of which were covered under the original guarantee with a successful eradication of the pests. Thanks to Simon and his team for their courteous, prompt and thorough service.

We had a problem with rats. Due to the increase in construction in the neighbourhood, the rat population seemed to explode in the east riverside area. Simon and his team were dedicated to fix our problem. Went above and beyond the warranty to help elimante the problem. Very nice guys to deal with. Helpful, smart and understanding. They also got rid of my neighbors raccoon and a squirrel problem.

The Exterminators team are professional and helpful. It starts when they respond to your phone call message right away, they call back and visit right on time as arranged.
They are helping us to solve our problem and already been here 3 times with N/C under the "6 months warranty" . Yanni took his time to listen patiently to our detailed problem. His attitude is serious and respectful and there are no "cut corners" with him- he covers it all.
