Log Depot Renovations

We were delighted with our fully renovated basement bathroom. Ivan gave an accurate quote and explanation of the work involved. his team were highly skilled and communicated very well. As the renovation progressed, a few discoveries were made behind the walls but Ivan always had reasonable solutions that did not break the bank. Ivan and the team worked very hard and was always calm and very personable. We were very comfortable with the team and were very impressed with the quality of the work. The total cost of the renovation was very reasonable and we fully recommend LogDepot.

This contractor was hired to perform a complete basement finishing, including installation of 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry, also to create 2 living spaces in the form of a small apartment and a recreational area. Total area under construction was about 700 sq.ft. Total project length from signing of the agreement till the last payment was 9 weeks.
A few obstacles and deviations arose during this project: reconstruction of sewers, water pipes and air ducts, insulation replacement, additional electrical network.
The entire project was completed without delays (despite those extra subprojects) and with satisfying quality. The expertise and versatility of this professional is out of doubt.
