General Gas Service

I called General Gas Service at around 8pm on a weeknight and spoke with Keith, who asked questions about what I suspected was a small gas leak, in order to determine the scope of the problem. He arrived the next day right on time and fixed the leak and tested the gas line to make sure there were no other leaks. Problem solved professionally, politely, and for a reasonable cost.

I called Keith at about 4pm on a Friday. He showed up just two hours later, exactly when he said he would be. Our gas leak was fixed in less than an hour. Keith was direct, communicative and seemed to really know what he was doing. His price might be higher than others, but no one else was willing to come as quickly as he did.

Called Keith last minute to hook up my new stove and to cap an old line. He did an excellent job. Did the standard soap & water test and checked the meter to ensure no small leaks. I would definitely recommend Keith!

Called Keith mid day and he came out by 5:00 PM. Did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting our gas forced air furnace. Provided some good tips on furnace filters and things to watch for with our central air drainage outlet.
He did a very professional job and we will recommend him to others in our neighbourhood.

Called Keith late afternoon, and he returned my call shortly after I left a message. Made an appointment for the next day, which he showed up for promptly. He took care of all of my needs, which had to do with capping and removing gas lines from an inground pool demolition project. Thank you again, Keith. I would highly recommend his services!

Scheduled appointment with Keith and he showed up promptly on time on Sat. Showed me his license before installing the BBQ and kitchen gas lines. Very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me to check my furnace, etc making sure I know the ins and outs of various components. Very positive experience and will definitely calling Keith again for future gas installation service.

After calling a few places, I called Kieth for a gas line to my BBQ, I am very pleased with the priority he put on my call and he was able to come out to do the job sooner than any of the others. I am very happy with the care he took to do the work and installation result.

We emailed General Gas and Keith called us back a couple of hours later. He was able to come over later that day and connect our new cooktop. We're very happy and would highly recommend Keith to anyone.

As luck would have it, I called Keith to install my gas line at the exact moment he was within 10min from my house finishing another job. Instead of doing what many people could, which was offer me a date in a week or so, he was eager to come over that day. 90min later he arrived, installed the gas line, provided me with the proper operating instructions & left just as quickly. My steaks were delicious and I owe it all to Keith!

I recently hired Keith to install some new gas lines in our home, as we have added an apartment on the second floor. Keith installed the line, and added a new stove and dryer, as well as hooking up our existing appliances for us. It was a time consuming and tricky job, as it is an old house, but Keith was delightful. He did a great job, was very pleasant and professional, and we would gladly recommend him. He came back to do a followup when we had some troubles after install, and solved the problem for us. He did come in over budget, but only because he wanted to ensure that everything was safe and up to his standards - which we appreciated.
