Ben and his staff provide great service at On-Demand Appliance Repair. They are indeed on demand - often times I realize the stove is down at dinnertime, after business hours for most places, and I'm able to call Ben to get someone to have my stove fixed. Likewise for other appliances. I am happy to have their contacts and would recommend anyone even just to have their contacts ready for emergency use. Great work.

Meni fixed the display on my GE Profile range. The part was quite expensive, but his rate was reasonable.
He was courteous - he called to say when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would. He had to come back a couple of times because GE sent him the wrong part.
I'd hire him again and will recommend his services.

We hired On Demand Appliance Repair to do some simple maintenance on our office dishwasher. Our dishes were coming out cloudy, even with using Jet Dry. Manny was easy to get ahold of, and very polite. He was able to come out the following business day. However, when I contacted him to let him know that the problem was not fixed, he promised to come back and take a look into it. He was a no-show on three different occasions when he said he would come back in, without even a phone call. We will not be using this company again, and are now sourcing different companies.

I had a guy by the name of Mahdi fix my dryer today and it was an excellent service. He was very professional. He even needed a second part and went out and got it in 10 minutes. Very good service from this company and I highly recommend it.
