They went way beyond our expectations, replacing our old furnace by a much newer one, assuring everything is safe and up to code, doing some refactoring work on the chimney, and making sure the system is as efficient as possible. Thanks to them, we will be able to enjoy our furnace for years to come. We really appreciated their thoroughness, care, and attention to detail. We reached out to Mannion Petroleum (owner answered his phone on a cold Sunday morning in March, let me start there!) when we discovered an oil leak from an abandoned oil tank on our property. What a nightmare... Owner led us through the process calmly, professionally, and with empathy for our unfortunate circumstance. He demonstrated extensive experience and knowledge with the issue, and the remedy. As a project manager, he scoped the work, hired the subcontractors, and managed the project like a rockstar. Work was done on time, on scope and on budget. Amazing! Highly recommend him, and sorry if you ever find yourself in this same unfortunate situation.

Sean and his team did a terrific job. The day after I called his office, he arrived at our home to provide his advice and an estimate. In the following week, the team was here for the tank removal . What we thought was an oil tank was actually a septic tank. Sean's fees didn't change, we were provided with a written contract and everything was in tact when they left (such as garden stones). A shrub was removed and taken away. We were very happy with the entire process.

We hired Mannion when we switched from oil to gas furnace since they were licensed for oil tank removals. They arrived on time for our appointment, but didn't put any sheets down to protect our floors, so after they left, we noticed a 5-foot scratch in our hardwood. They had mentioned how heavy the tank was, so we wondered whether they had dragged it part of the way. We are not sure though since we didn't see exactly what caused the scratch. We do wish they had put some sheets down though. Once they left, we also noticed an oil stain on the driveway. When we called, they got back to us quickly and dropped off some absorb-all for us to put on the stain, which cleared the stain up within a couple of days. However, for the price we were charged, we wish they had paid more attention to details such as covering the floors and cleaning up before leaving.
