We received exceptional service from Leighton after our dryer stopped drying our clothing. We called on a Friday and by Saturday morning he was at our home diagnosing the issue. Leighton was punctual, courteous and very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the possible causes of our issue could be. He then went through the steps to determine what was causing the problem and did so within a short period of time. He showed us pictures of the interior of the vent so we could even see where the source of the clog was. If you have dryer vent issues I would highly recommend!

Leighton arrived at our home prior to the scheduled time of our appointment. He performed a full inspection of the clothes dryer and vent pipe including photos for our review. He explained the importance of having a lint free condition for the prevention of dryer fires which are common place in Ontario however rarely reported. He completed a thorough cleaning of the dryer & vent pipe and provided photos showing the difference. Leighton did an excellent job & we would highly recommend his company.

From start to finish Tyler and Leighton were professional, courteous, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. I inquired to have my dryer vent cleaned, and Tyler responded immediately. My schedule is not that flexible, however Tyler was able to squeeze me in on a saturday (even though it was fully booked) and Leighton called 30 minutes before showing up to do the work. Leighton was courteous, took pictures, and walked me through everything he would be doing. I waited to post my review, and after running my dryer a few times, it is clearly working as it should as my dryer completes in no time. Would recommend them to anyone looking to have their dryer vent cleaned.

I called one day, they came the next. Squeezed me in. They left the laundry room cleaner than it was before they started. The work was done professionally and to code. I got a new exhaust and they got paid. Everyone was happy!

Great service! My email requesting service was promptly returned despite my having sent it well after "office" hours. Tyler was polite and courteous and offered to send his son out at the earliest time available. Layton arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was, took pictures before and after and completed the work efficiently and effectively. I will definitely keep their name on file for future cleaning, which, according to them, should not be for another three years!

Tyler was very courteous answered all my questions, provided useful information and did a full inspection prior to quote on site . He wore boot covers in the house and didn't seem to charge extra for my difficult second story venting. I had two dryer vents cleaned and he provided and installed a pest proof flap system to ensure birds don't enter .

This company deserves the highest recommendation! Tyler telephoned promptly in response to my email enquiry, and asked questions until he understood just what the problems with our dryer ductwork might be. His son Leighton came out to do the work; he was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, AND he did a great job: installed transition venting, cleaned the vent line, and repaired the exterior venting mechanism. Definitely use the services of this company to prevent the premature breakdown of your dryer and/or dryer fires.
