i bought a kitchen set from ,like cook top ,oven ,washing machine and dryer , i got all these in a good deal , so satisfied and love to purchase from them again

I recently moved into the area and my neighbour referred me to the store. Great service and we got an even better bundle deal on a couple home appliance pieces. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for the best bang for your buck, the sales team was great at helping deal with the kids as we looked around! I will be a returning customer.

I was looking for tv and appliances for my home. Then i heard the add on Masti Radio. I called Sultan they said come over to the showroom. I was so amazed by the deals they have.

I repeatedly find myself going to Brampton TV & Appliances for any appliance needs. Many people have written bad reviews for this store. People who are in need of any home appliance do visit this store and browse around and experience for yourself how good the customer service is.

I usually don't write review but i had to do this one to save others time and money.Do not buy from them because they will send you wrong item and then try to offer you a store credit for their own mistake instead of correcting their mistake.I ordered a Samsung Washer and dryer from them last week of December for my brand new home. First to start with they didn't deliver the item on time as discussed during purchase.Second , they delivered the wrong model of Samsung washer and dryer.Sultan told us that we are saving big on our items ( washer, dryer, fridge , stove and dishwasher) to least my knowledge they didn't give any discount instead gave us an older model of Samsung. I chose the latest model of washer and dryer.At first they won't own up to their mistake and make you feel stupid !! ( typical of their sales reps.).I do not recommend anyone to buy any item from them.Please do compare prices with other stores before you make any purchase from them.When I compared prices with other stores, found out I was over charged for a outdated item. I paid over $ 4,000 and made payment right away. I expect them to correct their mistake and deliver the item on time but No !!, Manjinder said last week they will exchange my item , " whenever" they are delivering an item close to my house.When I questioned why it is taking so long, they don't have any good excuse except it will be done soon !! So save your time and money , Do not shop from them.I am so disappointed , we have kids at home and have no laundry machine.The one we have , we can't use it because they told us to not use it until exchange is made.They will ignore your calls and makeup excuses for everything.I made payment for my items on Dec 23rd , and I am still waiting on Jan 2nd , 2019 !! How is that even fair with a customer ???? They have my money but i don't have ordered item exchanged !!! What a shame!.THEY OFFERED STORE CREDIT WHICH I DON'T NEED, EXCHANGE IS STILL PENDING !! so be careful and be wise with your money. :)

Purchased a dishwasher and was promised and paid for next day delivery and assembly. However the assembly technician that they recommended did not show up. This store promises anything just to make a sale but unfortunately lacks professional integrity.

Do not buy from them!! If I could give -10 stars I would! They are not honest. They sell faulty appliances and when you question them, they don't pick up phone calls and say "they cannot do anything." Horrible people with horrible appliances! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Bought a stove from Brampton TV and Appliance. Check it the following day and found a piece of metal flaked off on the inner side of the oven door. Also the oven drawer would not slide open, it just keep falling off.
I called them, they said send picture, I did. They did not call back, I called the next day, they said someone would come between 7:00 and 7:30 pm (this is on a Saturday). No one showed up, called 7:45 pm, they said "sorry sir, it was a mistake, someone will be there the next day (Sunday). between 6:00 and 6:30 pm, no one showed up.
Called Monday, they are not answering their phones.
I called Frigidaire and they said they cannot do anything, I have to go through the store.
What these people are doing, they are playing with time, because the first day I called, they said not to use the stove. I had no choice but to use it, what am i going to cook on.
