Used them this season for the first time, their prices were substantially lower then the company I used last year, so I was a little suspicious.

Purchased a package with seasonal opening and closing, and with biweekly cleanings. All went without a hitch. The only thing worth mentioning is they aren't as "slick" as the other companies I'm used to dealing with. They're not as friendly, or follow up oriented, but they got the job done and for half the price I normally paid, so I'm happy.
