Working with Hays started off lovely. High level of customer service and attention to detail. With the initial install, things took a turn. Problems arose and Hays was quickly to rectify the situation by redoing the entire unit, which was a relief, despite the large wait.
From here things took a turn. Timelines kept on being pushed, a lack of communication exist, and the owner Chris, started to develop an incredible arrogant attitude towards my husband and I, which developed into repulsive words, lack of trust, and blaming. Without having to go into specifics, the manner in which we were treated is one that has left me scarred. I would highly recommend to stay far away from this company. It is clear that this company thrives in only perfect situations, and when any minute issue arises, the customer becomes the problem.
