We had five different furnace company's give us written estimates. We asked each of them for a price on their mid-range and top of the line furnace. Although Romaniuk was not the lowest priced, they did match the price of another company for the same furnace. Their Residential Manager Brandie, did an excellent job of explaining everything including suggestions such as an extra cold air return and venting through our existing chimney.
Mark and Jordan installed the Lennox SLP98V and the iComfort thermostat in just over 5 hours. They then explained how the thermostat and furnace worked answering all of the questions asked.
Brandie then stopped by a few days later to check the install and see if we had any questions.
The city inspector completed the install process and commented that he has never failed a Romaniuk installation and this company is in the top 3 in the city.
The team at Romaniuk is unsurpassed in their treatment of this customer. They acted professionally during all interactions and to have a city inspector make an unsolicited comment like that is just another welcome observation on their excellent business acumen.
We would and have recommended this company to friends.

The bill much to high. The work not done as it was described it would be done. I will look for other heating company next time

Romaniuk has excellent customer service. Their customer service reps and Residential Manager patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. A proper heat load calculation was performed so that the new equipment was properly sized for the home. I appreciate the carpets they brought inside the house to ensure the stairs and the floors were not dirtied. The service technicians were very professional and installed the PVC pipes in a way that would not be distracting or noticeable in the furnace room. They were thorough in removing all of the old equipment and accessories that were no longer needed.

The guys were very curtious. They worked the whole time. Very quick and tidy. They took the time to explain everything to me after.

The gentleman were very polite and even noticed that our old furnace was working and we had no need for a new one! We still went ahead with the instal but really appreciated the honesty!

Service workers were on time and did a very good job. They were very polite and answered every question that I had. They were also very clean so that was a plus. Overall they did a high quality job and I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

The two gentlemen who removed and replaced my furnace were polite, efficient and neat in their work. They kept me informed of what they were doing and asked permission for anything they felt might be in question. At no time did I fing them being idle or chatting about anything except the work they were doing. When they were done they explained what was done and why. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The younger one told me this was the best place he had ever worked for and their efficiancy certainly bore that out. They were a compliment to their employer.
