Our Furnace went out on a Thursday afternoon and by 6:00pm the residential manager was at our door and started a quote. No pressure to upgrade models and gave us all details in writing We called at 7 and by 9am the next day Brandon and Jordan were begining the install. When I arrived home around 2:00 they were almost finished the install and gave a detailed walk through of the whole system and offfered many extra services for free including a inspection after 1 year and deducting the cost we payed for the service call the day before on the original furnace . Professional work with little to no mess left after they cleaned and vacuumed almost the whole area they worked in. If you are looking for a professional furnace install or other HVAC service I would recommend this company

Furnace conked out just before Christmas with cold weather coming. After phoning around with no one able to come, we noticed Romaniuk and its high rating. One call and they came right over, very courteous, professional service. Tech explained everything clearly and was very friendly and quick. WARMTH restored after a chilling night with no heat. A+ experience.

Our older furnace quit in the middle of the week, so it was time to upgrade. We had heard rave reviews about Romaniuk and decided to give them a try. Dave & Mark came over and gave us a quote for a new high efficiency furnace and thoroughly explained everything to us. As we had no heat for 3 days, Dave was able to recruit Mark & Brandon who were willing to work on Saturday to help us out. The installation work was very professionally done. They worked hard and explained all what they had done. They were very respectful of our home and protected and cleaned as they went along. We would highly recommend Mark, Brandon and Romaniuk Heating to anyone looking to upgrade.

We had a new furnace installed this fall by Romaniuk. We were extremely pleased with the customer service the company provided. We learned of them at Costco and found that everyone we dealt with during the process was awesome! Professional and polite and friendly! Service was prompt and thorough! We feel very confident that we made the right choice and would highly recommend them to anyone. We really love our new modulating high efficiency Lennox furnace too and are happy to have gone with a local company!

Lennox furnace was installed by Tyler, he was very efficient, started at 8:15 and completed by 1:30, plus did a good clean up after. Sorry I forgot the other installers name but you guys were great. Furnace is working fantastic.

We were very pleased dealing with Romaniuk Heating. Our furnace died suddenly and Romaniuk was able to come out that day to check it out and see what the problem was. We got a reasonable quote the same day and had a new furnace installed within the week. The installers were quick and very efficient. Furnace is running great, very glad we went with Romaniuk Heating.

Met Mark and Adam yesterday (October 20/16) to install our new furnace. They were on time as promised. They started work right away until the furnace was properly installed. They weren't in a rush. They made sure it was done right. They treated our home as their own; they protected the floor and cleaned as they went along and were very respectful. The installation work was flawless. They worked hard and explained as they went along. The furnace was installed neatly i.e.. piping was tucked out of the way and aligned etc.; it was very professionally done; seen others but haven't seen guys complete their work this well and professionally.
We would request for these guys again. We would definitely recommend this company to friends/family with a special request for Mark and Adam but we were informed that all their installers are just as good. I met Alex and Brandie a day before for diagnostic/quotes. both were great and gave professional advice; our overall experience with this company was very positive. Very happy with our choice of furnace.

After thinking about getting air conditioning for a few years we finally decided to get some quotes. I had heard great things about Romaniuk Heating & AC so I called them.
Back in May, Brandie came to our home and ran through a few options for us to consider, he was incredibly kind and great with my kids as I am currently on maternity leave.
The price was great and we were surprised to hear we could also finance if we wanted to.
Within a couple weeks Nolan and Jordan came to our home to do the install. These two gentleman were beyond amazing. I had many questions and they were so informative and happy to help.
The installation didn't take long and being so nice the guys were great with my curious kids and yappy dog. :)

This company provides excellent customer service. A service appointment to assess/repair our furnace was scheduled immediately. Grace was informative and personable on the phone. When Alex arrived at our home he was professional, friendly and courteous. He understood what the issues were, was knowledgeable about the furnace, the parts and the warranties. The repair was done quickly, efficiently and at reasonable cost. We would not hesitate to use their services again.
