I had The Urban Painter paint the exterior of my bungalow in the summer of 2012. They finished the job while I was away on holiday in September. In the spring of 2013 I noticed lots of bubbles forming in the paint and called them to get it repaired under the warranty they provide. They told me that moisture was coming from the inside of my house and causing the bubbling and that while they would repair it, they would not warranty it further. The bubbles came right back. It is now summer of 2014, and the paint is peeling from the caulking they used, and there are more bubbles than ever.

- Company Response
We are disappointed to see this customer's review. We have made attempts at correcting the condition. We brought out a paint manufacture representative who concluded that there is moisture problem coming from inside the house and inter-coat adhesion issues. This is likely caused by a non existent or insufficient moisture barrier installed when the siding was put on and/or a layer of previous paint that is failing. This information has been fully disclosed. We repaired the blisters last year and have offered to do the same this year.
Our reputation is very important to us. We constantly strive to provide 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately, the circumstances of this project made that impossible.
