The motor on my fridge stopped working. When I called they knew exactly what the problem was. Someone was here within a few hours. Before arriving he called and said he was 5 minutes away, and if I could get some water boiling. Motor and pipe were replaced and he was done within 25 minutes. I was also having problems with one of our gas burners. Mr. Sagoo explained all I needed to do on my own to fix it. This company was quick, efficient and very polite. Well priced as well.

I was having issues with my Whirpool front loading washing machine after a load created a heavy mass inside the drum. I called because there was a weird smell once the machine reached the spin cycle following the bad load. I was happy with the variety of diagnostics that were suggested by the technician to figure out what the problem was. We communicated by phone and text. Once the technician determined the issue we agreed on the day he'd come in to fix my machine. He came when he said he would, the machine was fixed in no time and running as good as new.
I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company to thers.

My Kenmore Dishwasher wasn't working. When I called I got same day service, they called me back right away to come have a look. The repair guy was really nice, fixed it and even showed me to fix it myself if it happens again. Highly recommend!

The repair to our refridgerator was done punctually and professionally. He went above the initial issue and explained the common issues that we can be aware of in the future. Extremely pleased with this service provider.

Early by 30 mins. Good in my books!! Friendly polite tidy fellow, explained job when I asked questions. Did let me know on arrival that you should not unplug fridge as it does make it more difficult to see where problem is. Freon and thermostat blows cold again

Great service! Came to fix our fridge. Very knowledgeable,explained repair, and was very quick. I would never call anyone else. He was fantastic and you just knew you could trust him.

Our Washing machine was sending a F:51 Signal indicating that the sensor has broken. To our great joy city appliance was able to respond quickly to our request. But as sensors do...the blasted thing would not quit when the service man was here so he said that he would return when it failed, as he did not want us to spend money that we did not need to. He left without charging us. Two weeks later, in the middle of the Christmas season, the sensor failed and City Appliance returned and repaired the washer in under an hour.
Excellent service... excellent person... excellent company.

Our Kenmore Washer decided to stop agitating & spinning over the weekend. Called City Appliances early Monday morning and even though they were crazy busy with service calls they were able to find time for us within a few hours. Once the service men arrived they were very polite and extremely efficient at diagnosing and repairing the problem at a reasonable cost. Will definitely call them again for future repairs!

I found the Homestars reviews online, made the call to Mohinder on Monday morning at 9:30 and he said he'd be able to come out that afternoon around 2pm. He called at 1:08 to let me know they were on their way and would arrive in about 15 or 20 minutes ... and they did!

I was very impressed and grateful that they were able to come so quickly. They were courteous, professional and fast. They determined that it was a freon issue and got to work recharging it. Done, packed up and gone in less than 30 minutes.

As I type, my freezer and fridge are getting colder and I can start restocking it with the stuff I moved to the cooler outside this morning. I will update later but it definitely looks promising for ice by late afternoon. I would call them again and recommend them to any friends with appliance issues. AND ... we have ICE!!!
