Thomas and Dave arrived at the scheduled time. They worked efficiently and professionally to complete the install within the 8 hour predicted time-frame. Thomas walked us through explaining all the parts of the install including the operation of the heater and new thermostat. Great Job guys.

Crew arrived on time, they were very courteous and their work was performed professionally with a great deal of care. Finished product was very well done. They even corrected a couple of mistakes of a previous contractor.

Needed a Ductless AC Unit as we have radiant heat, not central air. Harmony agreed to actually give me a time that they were coming by (came on time!) and provided the quote right then and there. Anthony was very knowlegable, left me feeling I was in good hands and followed up on all of my very annoying questions/concerns.

The guys came to install the unit, were very kind, clean and efficient. So far so good. We've only run it once so far, but I'm sure it'll be great.

Harmony Heating provided a very complete and competitive quote and then followed up promptly to answer our many detailed questions regarding noise, space, the mounting system and efficiency of the AC. Even though it took a year for us to chose to install the AC, they generously honored the original quoted price. Harmony Heating Installers Brian and Darren arrived right on schedule at 8AM, explained the installation process and completed the installation professionally without any hitches. They also provided information about best practice for draining hot water heaters and adjusting to the proper flow for furnace humidifiers. When complete, the installation inside and out was clean and professional. Great job! Highly recommend Harmony.

I had to Replace a water boiler last year and out of 9 contractors Harmony provided the best price. schedule, and options. Excellent, Clean and professional Technicians. This review is a bit old as we had a death in the Family to deal with, but I will definitely seek this company again for other projects.

Excellent communication with Anthony and the office. Both were polite and knowledgable. Anthony didn't sell us a more expensive larger A/C than we needed like the other quotes we received. He is more concerned about the quality of the work and customer satisfaction than volume sales. Word of mouth and good reviews are Anthony's business plan. Anthony found an air restriction in my ducting that was from the original install and he offered to fix it at no additional cost. He may not always be the cheapest, but Harmony does do very good work. The installers were on time, courteous and professional. They consulted with me before the work began, explaining exactly what they we going to do and asked if I had any questions. The work went very smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. I will be going back to Harmony for all my future HVAC needs. I'm fussy about my home and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We loved the air conditioner that was just installed earlier this morning. Anthony, who did our quote, was great in giving us the best price and answering every question we asked. He makes every process so easy and hassle free. Brian and Nick did an amazing job in installing the unit. They were knowledgeable to explain every detail of it and very comfortable to talk. There was a slight issue but I am so impressed on how they managed it so quickly as soon as I called. I didn’t wait for so long for someone to fix it. What a great team!

During the recent cold freeze, my furnace shut down. I awoke to a temperature of 9 degrees! Without a moment's hesitation, Harmony was asking what they can do and how fast do I need them! I told them first thing in the morning, and Rob was at my door with bells on at 8:00 AM, fixed the problem and out the door in less than an hour! I have unfortunately had the need to call on Harmony twice in the last few months due to small and inexpensive issues not related to one another, and Harmony Team have never failed to supply the service and the cost savings I never expected, but joyfully accepted! This is a company with integrity from the receptionist taking my calls to the service team who come to my home. Bravo to you all, and many thanks!!!
