We came home from vacation, our furnace failed on Family Day weekend and Harmony saved the day. Anthony and his team really went over and above for us and we are eternally grateful. They delivered 12 space heaters to save our pipes and came the very next day to replace the furnace and damaged toilets. We did not fully understand the magnitude of our situation, Anthony personally assisted in getting our problem corrected.

Harmony Heating were extremely fast at responding to my request on Home Stars. I posted the job on Wednesday and they came to install on Friday morning. I was a bit worried about the lack of room around the furnace but they explained exactly how they were going to install the unit and answered all my concerns on the phone before I booked the appointment. The installation took a little longer than expected but the technician ensured that everything we 100% before he gave us the demo. Now the house is much more comfortable

Best service possible.furnace died,Rob was at my house within 2 hours,tried everything to get old furnace working again,but too many parts had been disco’d due to the age of the furnace.He never gave up trying, and as a last resort we decided a new furnace was the only possible cure.Thank you so much Rob.yesterday morning, the installers and technicians came and within 6 hours,I had heat.wonderful guys, so smart,and helpful.they left my house clean and organized.thank you to you all,from the first phone call to the end result.super job guys.i would definitely recommend you to everyone I know. My rental property had a furnace go out. Harmony sent a service technician over right away. Even though it was a weekend they were able to source the necessary parts and had the repair done on the same day! I was extremely thankful as it was freezing cold out that day.

I hired Harmony to replace my furnace and water heater. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. We recently had Harmony install a High Efficiency Furnace and Tankless Hot Water heater. Brian and Darin did a great job, they showed great attention to detail and made sure the installation was very clean. Would definitely use them again.

We were left hi and dry by a Furnace Cleaning Co. as when they finished the cleaning they couldn’t get the furnace running again. Told us it was up to us to phone a heating company. We contacted Harmony who had a technician out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately he was not able to get the furnace working due to complications from the cleaning company and because of the age of our furnace didn’t think it was worth fixing. By now it Friday night approximately 9:30 p.m. and he contacted Anthony to come and bring us some space heaters as it was a very cold night, and to scope out the situation. He concurred with his tech’s findings so he gave us a quote on a Furnace best suited to our needs. He did not seem the least upset to be going through all this with us at what was now 11:30. He contacted us Monday morning to say his crew would be there first thing Tuesday morning. Well they arrived on time, were very professional, efficient, friendly and lastly cleaned up after themselves. We actually enjoyed our installation day as they made it all so easy. Thank you to everyone at Harmony Heating who helped make an incredibly frustrating situation into something that gave us back our trust in contractors and also to see that customer service does exist. The worked with me to set a date for the work, the tech was on time and was very professional in everything that he did. I asked for him to replace a part of the humidifier and he was able to go to the truck and get the right price. The price was what was quoted the site was left cleaner than it was when the tech came. The next time we need any services that this company provides we will be in touch with them. They will get the first call.

Very pleased with the service provided by this company. We were easily able to schedule a time that worked with us for a technician to come out and look at our furnace. They showed up on time and did a great job of fixing our furnace. Would recommend Harmony to anyone needing work done on their furnace.
