ACA from Calgary

I had Jen in a few years ago and I've actually recommended her several times since then so I thought I'd finally do a review - The work done really simplified my life and held up for a number of years - My sloppy self has finally made it so that I need her back, but it was a wonderful restful time in between!!!

Great service from Mark and Chazz. Rugs are clean in a tenant space where I’m not sure the carpets were ever cleaned before - house smells better and it’s ready to furnish!

Needed a Ductless AC Unit as we have radiant heat, not central air. Harmony agreed to actually give me a time that they were coming by (came on time!) and provided the quote right then and there. Anthony was very knowlegable, left me feeling I was in good hands and followed up on all of my very annoying questions/concerns. The guys came to install the unit, were very kind, clean and efficient. So far so good. We've only run it once so far, but I'm sure it'll be great.

Update to the below - Eisses has refunded me the additional charge for their service. I am pleased that they were willing to do this and have revised my reivew accordingly. I had Eisses by to wash my windows and clean my gutters. They quoted me 200 - 250 for the gutters and 170 for the window clean. When they did the work they said that it was more than expected and charged me 300 for the gutter clean. They did a very good job of the windows. I thought it was odd to have my bill bumped up by 50 but I accepted it as I thought they'd done a good job on the windows and gutters and I couldn't remember the last time I'd had my gutters cleaned. The gutter on the west side of my garage is completely wreaked from rain and years of buildup and shouldn't have even been cleaned. While Eisses couldn't see this prior to cleaning. They should have told me so I could get it replaced.

Great Service. Turned out he felt he would do more damage cleaning our couch then not due to the leather piping detail bleeding color into the fabric. He took the time to come out, look at our situation and provide a recommendation. I'd recommend him to anyone.

These guys are always very late to our site for snow removal - we've only had 2 big dumps of snow this year and last one I had to go out and shovel the sidewalk - looking like I'm going to have to again today. I'm only giving them a three as we use them for window washing and they're great for that. I'm not happy and we use them a lot... Might be time to look for a new company.

Linda was just amazing. She took so much time with me, coming back to my house several times to show me different samples. I was all set to go with the Honeycomb Duette Architella blinds, which are a beautiful product and had almost placed my order, but Linda thankfully brought in a large sample to show me how it would look in my space. It turned out I really didn't like it in my space as they took up too much of our window which has a wonderful view of the city. Working with this, we ended up with the Barista Roller's which are very modern and clean and roll right out of the way. Ryan, the installer, spent time measuring and recommending how to install to provide the best look for our space and now that they are in, I couldn't be happier. I want to do the whole house! My only regret is that I didn't get the motorized. It would have been amazing to be able to control them from my iphone...

I can not recommend Randy and Charles enough - they are just so nice and helpful and professional. I will be using them for all electrical needs and have already given their information to my Mother In Law.

Very satisfied with All Weather Windows. They were very professional, the windows are fantastic and the customer service was great. The price was a little higher than other quotes, but the quality was better.
