The roof on our extension sprung a leak and we literally had water running on to our kitchen floor through a window frame. We called a number of people (one of which we'd worked with before) and were told it would take anywhere from a couple of days to as long as a week to even get a quote, but Arian was super responsive. He came out that same day with a small crew. He identified where the problem was, and completely stripped and reshingled the roof (with new barrier material, flashing, caulking, and high-quality 30-year shingles) and removed all debris in record time at a great price. They were so clean that when they were done it was as though no one had ever been there. I plan to definitely be using them again to redo the rest of the roof in the near future.

I am very impressed with Arian and his team. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. All my calls and emails were answered and the work was completed when they said it would be done. At the end of the day, the yard and driveway were left spotless.

Spent a lot of time researching roofers, I can say I am VERY HAPPY with Zgjana Homes Inc. and will recommend them to all my friends that need a new roof or repairs.

Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable when he provided a quote. The Zgjana Homes crew were able to do the job quickly and their cleanup job was almost perfect. I forget the name of the foreman but he was great to deal with. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. Excellent job!

This company did our neighbours roof and we were impressed with their workmanship. We researched several companies and obtained quotes and ended up choosing Arian and his crew. It has actually been a couple years but the roof looks great and no leaks. There were a lot of nails left on the ground around our house following the job so that is something to look out for but they really worked hard all day and we have a back split so it is a HUGE roof. Overall very pleased. I know they did some follow-up with our neighbour so they are very reliable which is really important especially when dealing with such a large investment in your home.
