Reliable Roofing

I recently hired Reliable Roofing to replace the shingles of my semidetached house. Dan is very patient and polite in answering all my questions and explaining the pros and cons of the options. I also talk to Alex few times. The experience with Dan has been very pleasant from pricing to finish of the work. Their price is very competitive. His team was very polite and well mannered. They took care of my properties and cleaned up the areas very thoroughly afterwards. If you only look at the ground, you will not notice that the roof of my house has just been replaced. They started in the morning and finished the work, without break, late afternoon in one day. Team leader was very professional and answering all my questions, I went on the roof with them also for some time and they took very good care of me during that period.
I wonder why there were some negative comments before, however my experience with Reliable Roofing specially with Dan and also with Alex was very positive. I would recommend them for sure.

Alex and his team did an amazing job. Arrived on time, got the job done in a timely manner. Alex is very professional explaining everything and taking pictures as he goes. I would highly recommend his company. I am very pleased with his work. The cleanup was excellent.

We had the new roof installed by this company in May 2016. In July 2016, there was a leak. The owner claimed that the leaking was due to the fact that we did not have any caulking work done. We told him that we did not have any leak until the new roof is installed. He did not allow the worker to fully seal the leak. They did not replace any plumbing stack flashings and vents and did not restore wall flashing as per contract agreement. Please carefully consider this contractor before having your roof install by them. Our house is 13 years old.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents as they don't have Internet. Alex and his team did my parents roof and I must say Alex and his team did an excellent job they did the work in a timely manner were very professional. Alex is very polite and it was a pleasure dealing with him. His team came in did the job and cleaned up after they were done I would definitely recommend them

Met with Tony and decided on Reliable Roofing to do the job. They took one day to install the roof. They were excellent and clean. I have referred them to many of my clients.

Called up Reliable after reaching out to two other well known roofing companies. The first gave a much higher quote, and the other came by to take measurements but never gave me a quote. Reliable had done the roofing at a family members house so I knew the quality I was getting. They showed up when they said they would and got the work done on time. The only negative I can say is that their method of removing the old shingles from the garage roof left a lot of debris inside the garage as "shingle bits" made their way through the seams in the roof deck.

The owner was very patient and polite in answering all my many questions and explaining the pros and cons of the options. His workers were very polite and well mannered. They took care of my properties and cleaned up the areas very thoroughly afterwards. If you only look at the ground, you will not notice that the roof of my house has just been replaced. They started in the morning, worked into late afternoon, and finished the work in one day. I asked the head of the workers to do something extra during the process, which he told me was not absolutely necessary at first. But the next minute in a smile he said, to make me happy, he would do it the way I wanted it.

I wonder why other people gave negative comments before. But my experience with this company was very positive. I would recommend this company. Actually I have just referred my neighbours to him.

I was not satisfied with the finishing and the owner argued with the faults, instead of asking how he could rectify the situation. They damaged my skylight, something which their employee agreed to have done.Despite this acknowledgement the owner has not rectified the situation.

This company was quick to provide an estimate but very slow to deliver once the contract was signed and deposit given. My home and neighbour's home was left in shambles. Debris not taken away and left in my garbage bins and some HIDDEN in my garden. Never, ever, will use them again.
