Unique Touch transformed my basement floor from just concrete to a beautifully finished piece of art. They did the work on time and used effective measures during the process so that the job wasn't messy at all. The floor looks amazing and we are very happy with the results. My wife and I hired Unique Touch to polish the floor in our basement. We were in a similar situation to the previous reviewer; our basement was flooded a while back and we wanted a no-fuss floor solution in case it happened again. From first contact, Edson and Tony were extremely helpful and spent time on the phone with us to ensure we understood the process and what the finished product would be.

The crew arrived on time every morning, they covered the necessary areas of our house and made sure to clean up and return everything to original state when they finished.

The end result is a magnificent looking floor. Their attention to detail was superb and the 40 year old slab looks great. We initially thought we'd need new concrete poured over top the old slab but Edson ensured us he could get the original one shining, and they delivered on that promise. Communications were excellent and all questions were answered in the process. I can't recommend these guys enough!

We met Tony Ferreira in August 2013 just after pouring our concrete floor in our basement. We talked to 3 concrete finishing companies and Tony came across as the most experienced, knowledgeable and sincere. His pricing and time lines were also spot on. Needless to say Tony did an amazing job on our basement floor. The other trades working on our project were equally impressed. Tony realized that we still had many months of construction work ahead of us and offered to come back after the trades had left to re-polish the floor at no cost to us. We love our finished, polished and waxed concrete floors in the basement. They positively glow, and with our in-floor heating coils the flooring is comfortable and modern. Customer service was A-1, they promised a great product and delivered on time and on budget. Great guys, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful looking and affordable concrete floor.

Another plus, we had a small flood in the basement two days after the floor had been waxed/polished, and we were so relieved we had chosen to stick to concrete, the polish kept the water from seeping into the cement, we wiped up the floor and that was all. With wood or carpet we would have had to replace everything.

There are two companies with similar names that offer concrete work, be sure to pick the correct company.

I called many different companies to get quotes on polished cement for my basement and Unique Touch Concrete design.com was much less then anyone else. I noticed that there were two companies by the name of unique touch concrete design on the internet but I was very satisfied with Uniquetouchconcretedesign.com. Tony Ferreira who is one of the owners of the company was on site everyday with his employees bright and early making sure that everything was being done probably. My basement floor had a few holes and it was not levelled properly, Tony only found out after the fact because he had only seen it before the vinyl was removed. Tony was generous enough to fix it at no extra cost. I will only recommend Uniquetouchconcretedesign.com to my friends and family.
