They came in to polish our newly poured concrete floor in an underpinned basement and consulted us every step of the process. The previous contractors who poured the floor did it unevenly which created a lot of divots in the floor. However, the Unique Concrete team worked tirelessly for a week to make sure we got the floors we originally envisioned. Despite it being more work for them than anticipated, they charged us the original amount they quoted us at which we really appreciated.

We met with Ryan and Tony over the week and they provided us with different options and advice which was really helpful because they have so much experience. The level of communication was unparalleled, they kept the job site super clean, their price was so reasonable and they were just all around nice people!

If anyone is polishing their concrete floor, definitely go with Unique Concrete! You will be so happy with your choice and the finished product. My partner works in the trades and he said they're the best, most professional (and nice) team he's ever encountered.

Tony and Edwin were amazing from start to finish.  The quick and straightforward communication started right from the beginning and never changed.  Tony visited my loft within a week of contacting them, then gave me an estimate and a start date on the spot.  Everything proceeded exactly as he promised and my floor looks AMAZING.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to STRONGLY recommend their team for any job.  Tony and Lucas were also just super cool guys.  Down to earth, reliable, hard working.  You won't be disappointed!  Thanks again guys! Working with Unique Touch was an absolute pleasure! We found them through HomeStars and were impressed with the reviews. From the very beginning Edson was incredibly helpful; he was so thorough with explaining the process, he was always available and answered all my questions so patiently (and I ask many!). The guys at the house - Ryan and Lucas - were very professional, polite and so, so CLEAN (which I've come to understand is an anomaly in renovations!). We are so happy with our basement! It was such an easy and modern option for the heated floors. Once the house is done, I'll make sure to post some pictures.

My husband and I have been acting as contractors and hiring all the trades for our extensive renovation ourselves and it has been a pretty stressful experience. Unique Touch has been BY FAR the best one to work with. If only all the other trades we've hired were this easy!

This review is long overdue as we awaited the photos of our finished space in order to share with Edson and his amazing crew. We originally hired another concrete polisher but they were proving to be difficult to work with so we turned to homestars and found Unique Touch. We are so glad we connected with them as the floors are truly our favourite part of the entire renovation. Edson recommended someone to do the pour after we had installed the in-floor heating and guided us on the steps and timeline for a perfect polished finished. He worked closely with our contractor, who is very particular and had nothing but good things to say about Edson’s process. All of his guys were polite, reliable and we really enjoyed chatting with them every day. We had long debated if we should mix some colour into the concrete sand mixture but in the end we went with the natural mix and it turned out perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend Unique Touch to anyone. Truly a five star experience!
