Best Brand Appliances

I purchased a washer and dryer combo from this company.
They offered competitive pricing, and seemed friendly, but the lower price came at the cost of very poor service.
If you plan to have them move or install any appliances for you, I would recommend proceeding with great caution.
I do not think saving a few hundred dollars was worth the amount of damage that they caused, so I would make sure whom ever you work with knows how to move heavy appliances.
They contracted a 3rd party mover who do not know how to effectively move heavy appliances causing a lot more damage to my home than expected:
1. Broken picture frame
2. Stained carpet
3. Damaged stairwell
4. Scratched my entire livingroom floor when they dragged the washer across it.
5. The washer and dryer were dinged as well, but fairly minor

jeff at best brands did an excellent job navigating a delivery issue with miele. he was immediately responsive and took ownership of someone else making a mistake and worked closely with us to remedy what was a stressful situation. thank you jeff and best brands for backing up your claim for excellent customer service....

I am Developer and purchased a full package of Thermador appliances from them for the first time and for the final payment, they asked for a %2.5 fee (credit card fee) which nobody told me from the begining and nowhere else (other suppliers) charged this fee before.

Definitely recommend Best Brand Appliance!

Doing a kitchen reno and had trouble getting a new stove- several were purchased elsewhere but were found to be defective. Best Brand and particularly Angela in Customer Service were able to resolve our problem. She worked with a manufacturer to get us what we needed at a competitive price- delivered an set-up.

I dealt with Jeff today by phone and text as we are currently in the middle of a world wide pandemic.I was getting a price and information on availability of a very high end Thermador refrigerator. I am in the middle of a home renovation and the appliance I ordered from another retailer, frankly, may not be available in time. I am unsure if I will be buying from Jeff at this point but need a good back up plan. He as an absolute pleasure to deal with, excellent and efficient and kind! A rare combination. I have used this company now for a few purchases. Great service. Sales person on a call Worked out a washer and dryer package in my budget for next day delivery. Delivery was on time and courteous. Same price as big box but much better service.

I purchased all of my home appliances with Best Brand since 2013. So far I have replaced a few items through warranty and the transition and help has been fantastic. Things can go wrong anywhere you buy appliances, it’s equipment and all manufactures sometimes break down. What sets apart good companies from bad is how they treat the customers during difficult times. one Best Brand staff member who stands out is Bronf. He is in sales and went well beyond the call of duty to help us with getting or replacement dryer on time. If you are in need of buying new appliances head on over to Best Brand and ask for Bronf in the Vaughan location. He won’t let you down.
