Customer service following Sale is lacking

I had a good in-store experience with Daisy (North York) in January 2023. At that time we placed a large order for multiple appliances. I understood that some delays in accessing our appliances were possible. HOWEVER, it has become VERY CLEAR since that time that confusion, misinformation and inexplicable delays characterize the experience with this merchant. I feel that their Delivery Department has been rude to me. They characterize blatant misinformation as typos. They seemingly expect consumers to solve their own problems. NEVER AGAIN!!
