Very Impressed. They are simply the best !!!
During Calgary's 2024 summer heat wave my 92 year old mother's AC decided to take a break on a Saturday late afternoon. I called the after hours number and Jordan answered promptly. He said he could be at the house to take a look after putting his young children to bed later in the evening. We decided that although the main living area was 29C, the basement was cool enough for sleeping and to get by, so we cancelled the service appointment. We then called on Monday morning and Jordan was able to come just after noon. When he uncovered the AC unit, there was a bees nest inside and unfortunately Jordan did get stung. However, he bundled up in a thick hoodie (in 31C weather) and replaced the broken capacitor which fixed the AC unit.
So, wow, this was service well above and beyond what other companies would provide, from the offer to come late in the evening, to promptly arriving on the Monday, to persevering through a nest of bees and diagnosing and fixing the AC.
I can't say enough great things about Jordan and Distinct Heating & Cooling. They are simply the best !!!
