I called about a single hole in my roof. Luso Roofing was the only company that followed through (job too small for many). While Nuno & his partner were here, they did a very thorough roof inspection & discovered multiple problem areas such as raised nails, sunroof caulking missing, cracks in exhaust vents, gaping seams etc. Pictures were taken & everything was repaired the same day. Less than 24 hour from my call to finish. I was also advised & given pictures about my decrepit chimney which was falling apart. I had no idea. Nuno & partner went above and beyond with their complete roof assessment & patiently communicated to me what needed to be done. Excellent customer service & no pressure tactics.
