I called Luso with an emergency and Nunno got to downtown Toronto within the hour. He inspected the roof, sent me pictures, assessed the problem and gave me a quote for two days work that was more than reasonable. He kept me informed, took more pictures and finished the work on schedule. There were many more problems than he'd initially seen, so he fixed them and didn't increase the price. I am beyond relieved to know the roof was in excellent, professional hands with no surprise charges. Cannot recommend Luso Roofing highly enough.

Luso Roofing came to my rescue again from the wicked derecho on May 21, 2022. Thankfully I only had two strips of shingles replaced and inspected the entire roof. A true father and son team who look after their clients. These are people who care and know the business better than anyone I know. Thank you so much for helping me again.

Request for roof Assessment to check for noise, cost is $150.00 for this service. The Assessment was done from the ground by visual check. They did not go o nthe roof! I paid another $100.00 put screws on the downspout the roof that I think might be loose.
I paid $250.00 total. I don't recommend this company.

I had an urgent roofing issue and they came out the next day and did a full assessment of my entire roof, as I requested.

They identified all issues, including the one I had called about, explained them to me, provided the cost and asked whether I wanted to proceed.

I called about a single hole in my roof. Luso Roofing was the only company that followed through (job too small for many). While Nuno & his partner were here, they did a very thorough roof inspection & discovered multiple problem areas such as raised nails, sunroof caulking missing, cracks in exhaust vents, gaping seams etc. Pictures were taken & everything was repaired the same day. Less than 24 hour from my call to finish. I was also advised & given pictures about my decrepit chimney which was falling apart. I had no idea. Nuno & partner went above and beyond with their complete roof assessment & patiently communicated to me what needed to be done. Excellent customer service & no pressure tactics. Was willing to just fixed the original hole. Luso roofing went above and beyond with repairs and the pictures of before and after were so helpful & reassuring. Look no further. This is your trustworthy roofing company.

Contacted Luso roofing to investigate a leak coming from my Mom’s attic. Spoke with Nunno, who was nothing but pleasant and courteous. He and his Dad came to my Mom’s house and determined a new roof vent was required (old one was broken). Also they did a repair job on the area around the vent on the roof. They were professional, polite and honest. We would not hesitate to recommend Luso Roofing.

Fantastic service, both were very nice, took a lot of precautions due to covid which I appreciate very much. All in all i would recommend them and would hire them again!
