An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service I received from your various representatives. A couple of weeks ago, a contractor I had in to estimate on some renovations, noticed a smell of gas. I called Union Gas and R.J. Wiley. Your representative, Andrew, was the first to arrive on the scene, and accurately determined the issue. Two days later, my brand new furnace was installed by yet another professional team, who not only installed the furnace, but cleaned up some previous messy duct work and drainage work. It's hard enough finding qualified technicians nowadays, but to get qualified technicians who have an exceptional service attitude is a rare find. Kudos to your organization for employing top notch staff. I am now a client for life.
