Michael is a great guy and he takes care of everything what needs to be done when he steps in. Unfortunately we didn't buy that condo due to Mortgage financing issue. But I would recommend him for this kind of great works he does and would also call him when my mortgage things gets shorted out.

This was not the first time I experienced home Inspaction Mikeal has taken his time to go through everything in the house he is very well informed about homes and history of the house, he must have done his homework before coming,he was able to convey that to me, his report has covered everything he inspected. The team was very thorough while doing the building inspection. They took lots of photos and explain in detail what the problems/possible problems were as we went through the building. Then they sent a detail report including photos and approximate time lines of when stuff should be repaired/replaced.

The team is very knowledgable in all aspects of the home.

I did not know if Michael existed till my broker insisted that I get him to inspect the condo I was planning to buy. Michael and his apprentice were waiting for my broker and I to head to the condo. Michael went through it with a comb tooth followed by his guy and the chatter I would hear would be Michael giving lessons and pointing things to make sure to check. Once the inspection was done, Michael sat down with me and explained all the good stuff and any points of concern (there were none in my case to stop the buy process). I was satisfied with his services and I would recommend him for house inspections without any hesitations.
