I was looking to purchase an old property but since this was would have been my first purchase , I really did not know what to look out for. I took the Home inspection services from Mike and his team and I was more than pleased with the whole process. Mike walked me through everything while doing inspection and explained all the issues , their severity , fix and estimated cost. The report is brilliant will pictures and all the actionable items. Mike is really an experienced home inspector. He inspected the house very carefully. He told us about the water pipe very detailed about the kitec piping. He showed us how to distinguish it, he checked the roof, water tank , etc... very carefully. He is a really nice person and experienced home inspector.
