I’ve waited to write this review to see how the work would hold up through a few downpours. Now for the good word: Ontario Downspout was super fast and very thorough! Judging from all the positive reviews on Homestars, I figured that I couldn’t go wrong to give them a call. I’m glad that I did. They were in the next day! and went the extra mile to replace not only the eavestroughs but also the fascia board, fascia and soffit and other troublesome downspouts. Mark was very upfront about additional costs. They earned ever dollar. I am very grateful.

I originally called Ontario Downspout Service to replace my eavestrough. I explained other work I needed including a flat roof and skylight replacement. The work done was on time and on quote. Harvey and Mark took the time to explain all the aspects of the work being done and ensured that I was aware of all aspects of the job. I could not be happier with the workmanship, quality of the work and the cleanup was done to perfection. Harvey and Mark checked in often to ensure that everything was progressing to plan. Excellent quality work by Mark and his team! Project was well-planned and those plans were well explained to the customer. Everything was cleaned up perfectly on a daily basis. They performed good coordination on the work with neighbours impacted. Started work early and worked very diligently throughout the day and into early evening. Work began on time and they pushed through to finish as close to schedule as possible given that unavoidable delays such as those caused by the weather, occurred. The budget was reasonable for the extent of the work performed. We would recommend Mark and Ontario Downspout Service without any hesitation!

Mr. Stone and his team arrived right on time. They were cheerful and knowledgeable people with which to deal. Mr. Stone answered all of my questions and solved all of my downspout problems. The entire team made very sure that I was happy with all of their work and explained every step to me. They involved me in all decisions that had to be made. The products they used were of excellent quality. At the end they cleaned up very, very well!
I am completely delighted with the work that they did for me. I will definitely call them again if I have any other jobs to be done. I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Harvey and Mark came out and assessed my gutter problem and provided a solution to move water away from the house and protect the structure. They were quick, efficient and always in communication about the status of the project. That night we had rain and the gutters did their job beautifully. Not a drip or leak anywhere. This was our second time working with Ontario Downspout, Mark had disconnected our downspout a couple of years ago. At the time, he mentioned that the roof would need some work in the future. Having a positive experience with Mark in the past, we felt comfortable working with him again on a larger project.

As with our last project, Mark was very easy to get ahold of and clearly laid out everything his team was planning to do. Once the job was booked and we were able to schedule a time to get the work done, he was easy to reach whenever we had any follow up questions.

On the day of the job, Mark and his team showed up exactly on time (7am) and worked until sundown. Overall the job took 4 days to complete but every night the team made sure that everything was cleaned up before they called it a day.

Mark and his team exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience getting the roof redone and siding replaced.

We are very pleased with the job this professional company delivered. The crew, under Mark’s supervision, is one of the hardest working groups we have ever employed. Installation of exterior wood siding to replace faulty siding and fixing downspouts and eavestroughs and a small flat roof
