Mark and his crew did an amazing job with my eaves and downspouts. They arrived on time, explained everything they were doing, and answered all of my questions. Very professional and clean job. Happy with the results, the best company that has done work on my bungalow.

Mark and his crew arrived on the day that was arranged. Mark did a walk around with me to reconfirm the scope of work and then took his crew thru it. Then they went right to work. At the end of the day of the eavestroughs were installed, fascia was added and covers were installed on the troughs. The finished work is excellent with a lot of attention to detail - good overhang at ends, downspouts secured properly, troughs have correct slope. And everything was cleaned up after.

We are very happy with the project. Well worth the cost.

Contacted Harvey over phone for an inspection and quote. Mark replied promptly and was at job site within the day to inspect our roof. That night, he provided an emailed quote for us to compare with other contractors. 2 days later we signed the contract with Ontario Downspout Service. 5 days later Mark and his crew were on site, ready to work.

I was impressed with their promptness to the attention of my roof, as they were sensitive to the issue that it was leaking and agreed to make it a priority to get the fix done.

I went out to 3 other highly recommended Toronto based eaves companies who all told me they weren’t willing to work in my area of Toronto (and my house is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of parking, etc). These guys were very responsive and easy to work with. I explained what I needed to change and why (redirect pipes for both aesthetic and functional reasons) and they were able to add their expertise which I appreciate because this is my first time with eave/soffit work. I wasn’t 100% happy with where one of the downspouts was falling (they did it because it was the best water to fall but it didn’t look as good) and Mark made the change—no questions asked and it even meant he had to redo work he JUST finished. Overall happy with the final product. My only partial negative is they were on the high end for pricing—but they don’t sell themselves as the cheapest guys in town, and you get what you pay for.

I called Mark in a panic on a Friday afternoon when I noticed that the downspout had disengaged from the eavestrough and was leaning precariously. He came to my home within an hour and had everything fixed and secured quickly. I will happily use his services again.

Mark was nothing but professional and timely. From the time I called him for an estimate until the time the work was completed it was within a week. My roof was in desperate need of repair as it was starting to leak. Mark and his team "rebuilt" my roof and left my yard exactly how they found it. Thanks Mark.
