Absolute Junk

The company did not show 3 times when appointments were made. I had made arrangements to be at home. They asked to cash in the voucher, pretending to come today. Which foolishly I gave them. They did not show up. Again waited foolishly 1 month. You only get their answering machine, probably because they are filtering all complaints from customers. Thankfully, Daily Deal company refunded us- thank god for honest companies. Be skeptical about positive reviews, probably generated by company employee.

Waste of Time. They didn't show up. They didn't return my follow-up phone calls or emails and it has now been over 2 weeks since they were supposed to show up. I hope they didn't make any money off this Living Social deal, because they did nothing except waste my time.

I give this company a zero rating - they did not show up for an appointment, did not call to tell they are not coming, did not pick up the phone, did not return the call after I left a message. I had to wait for the first available appointment for two weeks and to take a day off work, that was wasted because I could not leave the house (the pickup window was from 1 to 4 pm). The phone number provided on the voucher is not in service.

The guys came when scheduled and did a great job loading and cleaning up all my junk! Vendia is a great communicator and organizer. I would use this company again and will recommend it.

The two men who arrived to remove my junk were extremely polite, quick, friendly and helpful. They did a great job removing my junk and approximating its weight along the way (so that I would know when I was approaching the maximum weight for which I had paid).
My only quibble is that I was given a 3-hour window for their arrival so I requested that the office call me when they were en route but I did not receive a call.
Other than that minor issue, I was extremely pleased with the service and will not hesitate to use them again. I recommend them without reservation.
