The company did not show 3 times when appointments were made. I had made arrangements to be at home. They asked to cash in the voucher, pretending to come today. Which foolishly I gave them. They did not show up. Again waited foolishly 1 month. You only get their answering machine, probably because they are filtering all complaints from customers. Thankfully, Daily Deal company refunded us- thank god for honest companies. Be skeptical about positive reviews, probably generated by company employee.
