Kevin and the Warriors Tree Removal team were amazing! We had a 125+foot dying poplar in our backyard, which towered over my neighbors house - NOT an easy job to do SAFELY. Before choosing Warriors, we got quotes from about 15 other companies, some that planned to climb-and-cut and other's that would have used a crane (higher cost). Most prices we got were well above $5000, some as high as $14,000! We decided on Warriors because of their experience, professionalism, fantastic pricing and proof of WSIB and liability insurance. On day 1 of the removal, the Warriors climbed-and-cut. On day 2, they decided to rent a crane to speed up the process. Everything went perfectly. They didn't even suggest charging more after absorbing the rental cost of the crane and operator. Their cleanup was thorough. This was my second time using Warriors for a tree removal, the first was about 4 years ago. Warriors also do interior and exterior home renovations, which I may use them for in the future. Highly recommended!
Thanks Henry for the positive review. It was a pleasure working with you and your neighbours on this project. Looking forward to hearing from you for your next project.
AMAZING!! If I could rate over 10 I certainly would. Beyond satisfied and they will be back for planting a new tree and shrub etc. in the Spring. Very professional and skilled while also being friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Warriors Group Inc. They do much more than just trees.
Thanks so much for your great positive review. Looking forward to the spring when we see you again.
Warriors completed the work with efficiency, effectiveness, and friendliness. It was a hazardous job, owing to the large dead branch being so close to electricity and cable wires, as well as my fence.
Thanks for the kind words. It was a pleasure working with you on your project!
The team has done a great job removing a tree which was touching my fence. Very satisfied all in all. Good communication leading to the effort. Accurate job without damaging anything around. They also nicely cleaned up after themselves. 100% recommend them.
Thanks to both you and your neighbour for the business. It was a pleasure working with you on your project.
We had two large old unhealthy black locust trees at the back of our property. We received three expressions of interest after posting our request on HomeStars; two of those companies followed up with a quote. We also received a quote from another company directly.
Dan at Warriors responded right away to our request for quote on HomeStars and came out promptly. He examined the trees and found that the trunks had holes over 12 inches deep and were unsafe. We talked to Dan at length and felt very comfortable with his business philosophy and ethic. We waited for other quotes, and finally decided to go with Warriors.
The City of Toronto has very strict rules and procedures for tree removal. This seems to intimidate some companies. Warriors has a knowledge of City regulation and procedure that inspired our trust. It turned out that our confidence in Warriors was well placed. They handled all dealings with urban forestry and secured an exemption.
A two-day window for tree removal was set. The first tree and major branches of the second were down in a day. The trunk of the second tree had grown into a wire which couldn’t be identified. Warriors contacted Rogers and Bell; informed immediate neighbours of the possibility of service interruption; and followed up with those neighbours after cutting the wire to find out if there had been an interruption. Luckily the wire was dead and no one was affected.
The trees were close to the street, and some sawdust landed on nearby cars downwind. The Warriors crew took the time to blow the sawdust off nearby cars. So courteous!
Warriors value good relations with the City of Toronto and utilities, and demonstrate exemplary consideration for neighbours. They left the site cleaner than they found it.
This experience was incredibly positive. Warriors is exceptional: knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable, ethical, honest and pleasant to deal with.
Thank you Dan, Kevin, and others at Warriors for a job well done, we appreciate it and would highly recommend your services. Dave & Pat
Thank you guys so much for taking the time to write such a fantastic review! We really appreciate your business and enjoyed working with you on this project.
Removed a tree that was pressing against our fence. They arrived on time, took down the tree with no issues and cleaned up around our property as well as our neighbour’s property. Would highly recommend
Thanks carol. We appreciate your business and would happy to work with you on your next outdoor project.
Our second time with Worriors. Knowledgeable, respectful and great at what they do. Highly recommend.
Thanks Irina. Always great working with you!
My wife and I were very pleased with the work that Warriors did. They were on time and professional, and their price was very competitive. During the consultation Kevin listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to get it. At every stage, he took the time to explain the process and to incorporate our particular concerns. On the day of the removal we were introduced to the supervisor, Max, and his crew, who were skilled, efficient and friendly. Kevin followed up at the end of the day to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything including the clean-up. I would highly recommend Warriors Tree Removal.
Thank you Chris for the great review. It was a pleasure working with you and your wife on this project.
Excellent job removing several trees from our back yard that were too big for the space and were planted by the prior owner. The gentleman did a great job and cleaned up well as they went and afterwards. I highly recommend the professional service!!
Thanks so much for the great review. It was a pleasure working with you. Enjoy all the new space in your yard!
We at Warriors Tree Removal have the expertise to tend to tree removal, pruning, crane assisted tree removal. We're also using technology like Drones to better assist in the expert execution of the services we provide.
Traditionally Trees are remove in one of (or a combination of) 3 differnent methods.
Felling. This is the fastest way to get a tree on the ground. Felling a tree is the method in which a tree is cut from the base and it falls to the ground in one piece. This method is great for properties with enough space such as farms or large city lots. The advantage of this method is speed. The disadvantage is that you require enough space and that you care very little about the grass or landscaping surounding the tree, as divids usually occur.
Climbing and Rigging. This is the slowest way to get a tree on the ground. Climbing and Rigging is just that, a climber climbs into the tree and uses ropes, pulleys and groundsmen to dismantle a tree limb by limb. This method is great for properties with limited landing space or obstacles in the way of the tree.
Bucket Truck Removal. This method is faster then climbing because the operatior is lifted into the tree he needs to work on and does not need to set ropes in the tree for safety. Bucket Truck jobs somtimes require rigging branches away from obstacles, but for the most part brush and branches are dropped onto protective mats that are placed in the landing zone. The disadvantage to using the Bucket Truck is our reach. If we can reach your tree with the Bucket Truck this is the best option.
No matter what method we use to remove your Tree you can rest asured that Warriors Tree Removal uses staff that is trained and experienced in all methods of Tree Removal.
Warriors Tree Removal works in partnership with Amherst Crane, together we have developed a safe and time effective method for removing trees with the use of a large crane.
Saftey for our employees and your property. Less cutting in the air means less chance of error. Most of the tree is cut safely at ground level in our landing zone. With most trees we remove, they are coming down f or a reason, they are dead or dangerous. Dead trees are dry and unpredictable, making it not safe to climb. Using the crane method are climbers are in a much better position to stay safe.
Speed. We can usually finish what would take us or our competitors a week to finish in about 5 hours. Meaning you don't have worker disturbing your neighbors, your schedule or the enjoyment of your property any longer then you need to.
Less Messy. Lets face it, removing a tree is a messy job. When using our crane removal service your tree is lifted from where it stands to our landing zone. No dragging brush from your back yard to your front, no dropping fire wood onto your nice lawn, no sticks or branches in your pool.
Cost effective. As they say "time is money" and because we have done so many crane removals we are able to get your job done fast. Running a crane is expensive, but because we are able to work fast and schedule multiple jobs in one location, we are able to pass the savings along to our customers.
The Traditional method of pruning
We at Warriors are taking a new approah to tree pruning. Traditionally when you call a tree service to get your tree prunned you get an estimator show up to your property to give you a quote. This quote is based on a guess of how much time will be required to complete the job plus travel time plus the estimators time for the "free estimate". Most estimators guess how long it will take, and add room for error, in their favor. All this adds up to you, the customer, paying for more than you need to. The other major problem with the traditional method is that most times the estimator and the climber are two different people leaving room for miscomunication, leading to the prune not being exactly what you wanted.
Rent a climber. Renting one of our ISA trained and certified tree climber and saftey groundsmen is easier then renting a tool from a Rent-All center. Here is how it works:
Step 1 - Call our friendly customer service rep and schedule your prefered rental time. Step 2 - Be home for the arrival time of your rental. Step 3 - Be prepared to discuse with the climber your goals for the prune. Step 4 - Listen to the climbers suggestions on proper arborocultural practices to ensure the health of your tree is not compermised. Step 5 - Arrange to be home at the estimated finish time to give your "stamp of approval".
* 1 climber, 1 groundsman and all their equipment. *Travel time and debris dump time, *On site consultation with the climber *Expert rigging for controlled limb removal *Full clean-up and debris removal *Full insurance and WSIB coverage
As technology grows, so are we here at Warriors Tree Removal and the use of Drones seems to us to be the way of the future for tree care. A drone is a radio controlled flying camera for lack of a better definition. Drones have the ability to send live or recorded video from the air to the operator.
We have started using Drones on our jobsites to take fantasic birds eye views of property, trees and surounding areas. Our hope for the future is having the ability to do tree inspections and quotes without having to leave the ground. We are not quite at that point yet, however we are working hard to accomplish this goal.
