Michael was very professional. He showed me pictures of the roof before and after and explained to me what he was going to do.
He replaced the roof on 2 semi-detached duplexes and a garage. He and his crew performed the work in one day and left the area cleaner than when he started.
The price was very reasonable and the quality of work excellent.

We had a leak in our roof that had created water stains on our bedroom ceiling. I called Quality First Roofing and spoke to Michael who was very professional and friendly. Michael went up on our roof, surveyed the problem, came back to us, informed us of what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was able to repair the roof quickly.

Did a great job quickly, at a competitive price and excellent customer service. Even fixed some small non-roofing items without being asked and at no extra charge. Added bonus: our driveway and yard were left cleaner than before the job, something you don't always see in this type of work.

Old shingles removed and new (improved!) shingles installed. The work took a full day for 3 guys. The driveway was a mess during the work but clean up was good. The guys were polite and respectful.

Called Michael a couple of months ago to have some repairs done on a leaking skylight on my roof. He was easily reachable, came to our house quickly and did what needed to get done to fix the issue. He is very pleasant, courteous and clearly knows his trade. He was also very fair in his pricing. Earlier this week, I had a similar issue with another (much larger) leaking skylight. Again, after I called him, he made himself available to come quickly to repair that leak. Michael is dependable, honest, polite and takes the time to explain clearly what caused the problem and how he fixed it. While on my roof, he pointed out some minor things that should get attended to, and got them done at the same time. I was very happy with the service he provided - above my expectations - and felt that he deserved a very positive commentary on this website. I have used Homestars quite a bit to find good tradesmen but had not, up to now, provided any feedback. Michael/Quality Roofing truly deserved it and I will hopefully provide more regular feedback on this website going forward.
