First, I would like to comment on Peter that came to provide the initial estimate for the work. He was on-time, professional and walked me through all the aspects of what needed to be repaired and any issues they may encounter along the way.
The roof was being done at my elderly mother's house and Michael was able to accommodate us as soon as possible due to the leaky roof. Such care and compassion are very much appreciated.
The roofers were very knowledgeable and took the time to recommend what was best versus what we thought was needed. We discussed underlay and brands of shingles. They took many pictures to show us areas of concern and let us know what we might encounter under the shingles.
They also, as it's an older house, inspected the roof thoroughly once the old shingles were off. Luckily, the old wood was still in very good condition, so they did not need to replace anything - meaning they also did not try to charge us for unnecessary repairs.
The roofers cleaned up the worksite and all around and the owner of the company came by to inspect the work once it was complete. The entire job was done in a day and looks terrific!

I'm glad that your happy with the whole experience. We try to make every roof go as smoothly as possible and accommodate to everyone's specific needs. We're not into up charging for unnecessary work. We just do what's required to make the roof last a long time and not brake the budget. You guys were great people to work for, especially your mother. Please thank her for letting us snack on the delicious black berries she had in her garden. They are the best I've ever seen in the city.
