My neighbour Glen and I used Coast Mountain Rood Co. LTD to take our old roof off and put a new one on The roof is shared between us. I was nervous at first because my neighbour picked this company because he knew them but they were excellent. They were courteous and fast and left no mess. When I called them back because the roof seemed to be collecting a lot of water they answered immediately and came and checked it out { it was fine}. I would highly recommend this company for roofing old or new houses. I know nothing about roofs but they were great.

Terrific company. Worked safe and efficient. Did what they said they were going to do. No surprises. Had a safety officer on site and a super polite and qualified crew. The mill recommended them as a first rate company.

I requested bids from a number of roofing contractors to replace the roof on our 100-year old house. Coast Mountain was quick to respond and very thorough in the process of preparing and explaining their bid. Other companies, who surprisingly had good reviews, seemed too busy to spend much time, or ultimately did not submit a bid. Our house is tall with steep slopes and several projecting windows, which makes it more difficult. Also we have a small deck above the front porch inset in the porch roof that was in need of repair. Coast Mountain agreed to complete a reno on the deck at the same time as the roof, while others insisted I had to get this done first before they could do the roof. The roof replacement was quick and efficient, the workers pleasant and accomodating. Deciding on the deck work was complicated, but Brad went through possible scenarios with me to identify the best solution - based on what we thought were the important points - ensuring that the deck would be waterproof and avoid further deterioration. The result is better than we had hoped for initially, and though it took a bit longer than we had hoped to complete, I know it is a good job. Brad was also flexible on work starting times to accomodate our schedule, which was very appreciated. He also made sure that the work was completely finished to the highest standard. If you are someone who wants quality work and attention to customer service, Coast is the outfit to do it.

My company has recently hired Coast Mountain to install a very difficult roof at UBC. Even though the middle of winter the job was completed in great time. Yards and gardens were kept very clean. And my clients came away with a great looking roof.

Brad provided a high level of detail, organization, finished on time, and as quoted. Mobilization of materials into and out of the building proved to be time consuming, but his crew handled the circumstances well.
