I had a persistent leak in my roof. Coast mountain roof stuck with it until they found the problem. Great customer service and value. The crew were professional, timely and very helpful.

From start to finish the crew was on time, courteous and friendly, with no annoying radio blaring as happened with other roofers who had worked in the area. Worked after dark to make sure house was watertight until job resumed, and yard was cleaner after they left than before they started! Finished product looks great!

Not only did this company come during a rain storm to fix roof leaks, but they re roofed my house when the weather was better. My dad's garage needed a new roof. I contacted Coast in the beginning of July 2018 for this small project and they got back to me promptly with a quote. Out of the 5 quotes I got, Coast was in the upper range for price but provided the best, most detailed and professional estimate. Tracy the office admin provided references without asking and provided all info regarding their insurance and WCB. I hired them because of their professionalism and open lines of communication. The contract was professionally drafted and clear.

Coast started work on the roof mid August. Dominick, the site manager, brought in the materials early before a scheduled closure of the alley leading to the garage. The roofers themselves were very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They left the area free of debris, as per the contract. At the conclusion of the project, Brad (the owner) came by to inspect the work that his roofers did.

It's been 6 months since Coast completed the roof. There has been several windstorms and rainstorms and the roof is still intact and tight as it should be.

I would not hesitate to hire Coast again. They are a legitimate company. They have an actual office space with staff members and a fleet of business vehicles. The staff were very professional. They filed their business annual reports. I did not get a sense that any of the staff were shady.

Was renovating my house and the entire roof needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with the Coast Mountain Roof team's quick turnaround; from providing an estimate to starting & completing the work. The team communicated with me throughout the process and worked within my renovation schedule. The work was completed over a year ago and the roof is functioning without issue. I recommend them to all my friends doing similar work.

I'v had the pleasure of working with Brad and his team on two projects. Both went very well. The clean up daily and the final clean up was something I haven't seen from a roofing company ever. The most important item to me that Brad's team brings is safety to the site. His safety plan is prefect and his men fellow it. As a superintendent I want to see all workers go home at the end of the day and I know Brad does as well.
