Flor

We attended the (since closed) Yorkville showroom for Flor several times and were always greeted by energetic and enthusiastic salespeople/designers. The variety of colours, patterns, textures, pile... and so on, make flooring fun and flexible.
After coming up with designs we received our boxes of pre-cut carpet squares within 4 weeks, normally faster. Assembly is fairly easy and the adhesive dots are really strong. Our rugs have always caught a lot of people's eyes and have led to lots of compliments.
The only problem with any of our rugs was the runner, which had a different fabric backing on it. This required different dots, but we didn't get those. On a later visit to the showroom we explained that a couple spots weren't sticking well and the designer knew immediately what was wrong and gave us the proper dots we needed. It's been clear sailing since!

The sales staff pulled multiple carpet tiles for me and arranged them in various ways until I was completely satisfied and comfortable with my decision. They will patiently walk you through all the options and make it incredibly easy to get the information you need.

I needed a rug to cover the tile in my kitchen with the awkward size of the kitchen and the fact that I wanted something I could easily replace if have a large spill, pet fur, etc. I headed to Flor for their Flor tiles. Super helpful staff helped me find the right type of tile for the area and the size I needed. WIll definitely be back for more Flor tiles for other areas of my home. Great for spills, pets, kids because you can cheaply replace a tile.

I was having trouble finding an area rug for an awkward foyer layout. The solution was Flor rug "tiles". You can select from MANY colour and texture combinations and each "tile" is @20 inches square. They're attached to each other (not the floor) with adhesive "dots" and can be removed easily for cleaning. I worked with Kathryn at the store in Yorkville to select a pattern. Outstanding product and great service.
