Our skylight was leaking and we did not have the budget the skylight companies were asking for. Manuel has been in the roofing business for years, and so have all his brothers. His brother Carlos did our roof in fact six years ago. It took a bit of time for Manuel to get to us, so you have to have some patience and be persistent with him. When he did arrive however he had a very reasonable price and he quickly did the job, saving us thousands of dollars. If you have a roof repair job, and your budget is limited, we recommend Manuel.

Manuel gave written estimate, explaining patiently everything that would be done. He showed up within his estimated time frame and did a marvelous job. Did a great cleanup job afterwards. Cost was exactly as predicted..

I am very disappointed with John’s Roofing (Manuel). We had hired Manuel to redo my roof, my mother’s roof and a flat roof at a rental premises. We encountered serious leakage problems with all three jobs. On the flat roof he failed to remove all debris such as gravel, prior to the flat roof membrane application even though he claimed to do so. The two private homes experienced winter water back-up resulting from melting ice buildup. Also I had an additional leak on my sealing because Manuel had screwed the eves trough into my roof. Please note that the flat roof is only six years old and the roofs for the private residences are just two years old. I had experienced these residential problems immediately after the first winter. I know I will have to replace the flat roof this year which is pre-mature in comparison to well made flat roofs.
I had two other roofing companies and a friend inspect these roofs after encountering these problems and they all concur that these roofing jobs were sloppily completed.
I have contacted Manuel several times about these problems and on the rare occasion he will return my call. He has come to these problematic roofs and he will caulk areas, but the problem has not been solved.
I didn't go for a half fast job. Manuel’s quote for the roofing work was on par with other companies.
I do not recommend this company.
