Allen and Kelly were terrific! They take pride in the work they do and were committed to helping us build a kitchen that we would love for years to come. Lots of back and forth, attentive listeners, patient, and provided terrific suggestions. The kitchen has great flow and everything is where it needs to be. We had very specific design ideas, especially for the island and hood fan cover- they delivered! They were a pleasure to work with.

After we decided last year that our 25-year-old kitchen is due for a renovation if we are to continue to stay in our house for another 10 or more years, we started looking for a company to do the work by visiting home shows, talking to our friends and family who have had their kitchens renovated, visiting showrooms, and reading reviews on HomeStars. In the end, we selected Annex Kitchen and Bath Co Ltd, and we are extremely pleased with the renovation process and the final product.

Allen and his team are professional, conscientious and courteous. They take pride in practising their trade, carefully listening to our needs and wants, offering recommendations and solutions based on their years of experience, and manufacturing and installing the cabinets with much attention to detail. Communication with Allen was flawless; Allen was always ready to talk and prompt in returning any missed calls. The result is a stunningly functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen. The installation started on the date promised in the contract and finished as agreed during our discussions. Even though the installation took place in the middle of winter, the dirt and disruption from the removal of the old kitchen and the installation of the new one were kept to a minimum. Allen uses a subcontractor for the fabrication and installation of our Caesarstone countertop and we are very pleased with the workmanship as well.

We contracted the electrical, plumbing, backsplash and appliance installations directly with other contractors. Therefore, these services are not included as part of this review.

Annex Kitchen & Bath were an amazing company to work with. Allen was highly professional and had many great ideas to create a customized kitchen that suited our family's needs. We have a small downtown kitchen and we had a lot of demands for how we wanted to use our space. With the limited amount of space, Allen created a functional cabinet plan within the week and adjusted accordingly as we added more thoughts (thank you for being so patient with us!). He also gave as a really great idea to curve one of the cabinet corners so it was easier to access our backdoor. This in turn, allowed us to have an extra countertop for my mother’s baking needs. In the end, we were given cabinets that not only looked phenomenal but were ready early so we could install them earlier than planned! The men who installed our cabinets were also highly professional and hardworking. Our walls are extremely crooked being a downtown home and they worked hard throughout the day to make sure they were securely placed. They even came back the next day to make sure. I would highly recommend Annex Kitchen and Bath for all your cabinet needs!

They were wonderful to work with! They suggested and created a couple of custom designs to make it unique it really . They also re-tiled my bathroom so that it matched the walk-in closet and added the dark cabinets I wanted to contrast with the tiling. Thank you guys so much for making my dream walk-in closet come true!!!!

I hired Annex Kitchen & Bath Co Ltd to change my tub to a shower and install both a rain head and handheld shower head on a sliding bar as well as a corner bench. I was pleased with the perfection, professionalism, and integrity of the technicians. Vincent was a model technician. He was serious and perfect in doing his job. The workmen were neat and clean and I had a great experience with this company. The job started and finished on time, when they said it would. I had my kitchen cabinets refaced, a new backsplash, quartz countertop and apron sink installed by Allen and his team. I could not have been happier with the result. Both Kelly and Allen are extremely friendly, kind and pleasant to work with not to mention very responsive to all of my back-and-forth e-mail communication throughout the process. All of the work was done quickly (within 2-3 weeks) and the workers took great care to be as clean as possible in our house during the renovation. Even when we had a few minor problems in the kitchen well after the renovation was complete, I called up Kelly and Allen and they were more than happy to come back to do the repairs. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking to do a kitchen or bathroom renovation, I got my dream kitchen at a reasonable price with none of the headaches that you normally hear of in renovation horror stories. I will definitely be using them again for my next home project! I give them a 15/10 for unparalleled service, quality and price.

Extremely pleased with the beautiful custom-built vanities and renovated bathroom. Dominic provided sound advice in the planning stage and closely monitored the progress of the project to completion. We are quite satisfied with Vincent's workmanship. He was very accommodating to our concerns and needs.
