Sales doesn't let you know after you pay half up front that the other half is required before they even start the installation. I was told to read contract, where as you have a representative making the sale and giving you details why not that! From this it is obvious you want us to trust you not trust me. Delivery date was set weeks down the road which both parties agreed to, about 2 weeks prior to installation day we get a reminder which i acknowledged and responded to ask for an approximate time and you did not respond back. Then i receive another reminder over a week later saying arrival would be possibly late afternoon 3:30 and a 2 hour window would be in effect and that installation could be 4-5 hours. I responded back requesting an early morning delivery as you did not respond to my email and you had weeks to organize, i was not happy but you did accommodate. Installation person was very professional, organized and did an excellent job, would recommend him all day long. He had completed installation in about 2 hour, far less then 4-5 hours. He did try to up sell accessories and we were interested in the belt hanger but at $90.00 that was just way to much and find that is such an over charge and slap in the face for us after just spending almost $2000.00. If we had know about accessories through sales person we could have included items in total sales not after the fact.
