Everest Drain & Plumbing

Moved into a new house with my wife and two children and found water leaking from the upstairs bathroom all the way down to the main floor and basement. Called several companies thru homestars, but Everst for the most responsive, polite and accommodating of our situation. The owner was super nice - very decent man, who helped accommodate me until I was able to get time off from work. He had someone arrive on time as planned, which was much appreciated as I had to take time off work as the wife and kids were at friends with useable washrooms. I was really worried that they will start cutting a lot of the drywall to find the leak, but the person doing the work was really smart. He explained what he was going to do and that he needed to cut thru drywall, which I really didn't want. He went through the house for a good hour or more checking every connection until he finally limited his cut in the drywall to an area about 1ft by 2ft. I was amazed how he actually scoped it down to avoid more damage to the newly painted drywalls. really appreciated it! Turned out it was a crack in the main 3-way connection behind the wall. He fixed it without having to dismantle a lot of pipes, and left the house as clean as he found it! I Thank you gentlemen for your quality service, and would certainly call you again if ever I need a plumber again. Would highly recommend you!

My neighbour's sewer line had collapsed due to the common tree in the front of our lawn. Concerned about the integrity of my sewer line, I gave Everest a call for them to come out and scope the line. Indra arrived and began to explain the process. He did a quick inspection of the existing lines to figure out the best point of access for the camera. He did find a small area where there was root infiltration and made the recommendation that I get the line snaked.

Indra was extremely friendly and very professional through out the entire inspection. There was no pressure or fear mongering in getting more additional work done. He gave me some tips on how to keep the drain clean and flowing. I will definitely be calling Indra back again for my plumbing issues. Thanks Indra!

Plugged up drain? Don't complain. Call Chico and the man (Steve). We had a plugged up kitchen sink drain. Bought a snake to try to clear it myself, but no joy. Steve and Chico arrived and had it cleared after a bit of trouble due to the non standard arrangement of my plumbing. After explaining some of the problems, Steve recommended and made some changes under the sink. Now we have more room and the drains are faster. Very reasonable cost, I would highly recommend these guys.

Plumber Mr. Khem arrived and his workmanship and service was excellent! We were really stuck on the coldest day of the year and our shower was broken down, he came early and fixed it.

I have contacted Everest Drain and Plumbing as I was having a serious leaking issue from kitchen drain clogging for 3-4 days while a plumber from another company failed to resolve. Everest took it seriously and send Indra on the same day. Indra has investigated the situation and resolved the issue quickly. Indra is very knowledgeable, have patience, explained why the problem had occurred, and what I need to do in the future to avoid the situation. I have no hesitation to recommend Everest to others. Thanks to Everest for the help.

Indra was great. He arrived on time and not only made the requested changes, but also made some recommendations which I accepted. I have some additional work to be done later in the renovation and will definitely engage him at the next stage of the renovation.
Bottom-line, a great experience.

After calling them for assistance with a water leak from an unknown source this afternoon they managed to have a person to us same day! They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, were friendly and courteous and now we can relax. I would highly recommend Everest!

Indra Khadka came and helped at my old house in East York with a couple of emergencies: a broken shower faucet, a leaky water pump and was always courteous, fast in responding- the same day- and fixed the problem. His quote was what I ended up paying, so he was accurate. I have his card and will call him if I need drain or plumbing service in the future

I called Everest Drain and Plumbing at 5:46pm to report a leak in my water pipe right above my water tank and requested an appointment asap if possible. Khem (Master Plumber) showed up at my door 6:23pm. Khem was professional, very friendly, courteous and considerate. He worked on replacing the pipes until 7:30pm and was thorough with explaining why it burst and answered some of my other questions. He cleaned up very well and was very organized. I highly recommend this company. Quick, efficient, helpful and gets the job done!
