Dickson Bbq

I have been eying a barbecue for over a year. I came across Dickson Bbq, in an internet search, and saw that they offered free setup and delivery in Toronto. Free setup and delivery were beyond anything I had seen other Napoleon dealers offering so thought I would take a stab at their Etobicoke location even though I live in Halton Region. I made an online inquiry on Sunday expecting that I might have a reply Monday if they were on the ball. To my surprise, Robert replied at 930pm Sunday. While he wasn't able to give me free delivery and setup exactly, he discounted my purchases by more than the cost of delivery and setup. A few more emails back and forth to which Robert replied very quickly. An easy online order system and I made the purchase. The online experience was all anybody could ever hope for and left me happy enough to write this review the same day as the order. This was a terrific experience and nice finding a family business that still seems to care. I will add I didn't have to pull teeth and haggle either, it was just an honest and square deal straight upfront. Thank you again Robert.

I ordered a Yeti cooler on line for a Christmas gift but was not worried if it did not show on time. Ordered on a Sunday delivered Tuesday afternoon which I thought was impressive by itself. When we opened it, there was a defect on the cooler. Sent a picture and received a response within an hour. Again very impressed. The matter was solved to our satisfaction that same day. Again very impressed with their customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This guys provide really good service and great customer care. We hired Dickson Bbq to check our unit that suddenly stopped working properly. They did really great job for reasonable price.

Unreal Service at Dickson BBQ. These guys are the BBQ Kings, don't kid yourself and buy your Q at Home Depot (for the same price). The second I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and the sales process was beyond enjoyable. The knowledge Rob had and the detail he went into one every grill was fantastic.
I went in thinking I was buying a specific model BBQ and quickly realized from my "BBQ Lesson" that it was the wrong choice for me.

I just used my brand new Genesis II 4 Burner Special Addition (only available at Dickson and a few other select retailers) and I am thrilled. What a grill!

Dickson BBQ: This is where you go to get it right the first time. They only carry North American made which translates into solid support service, availability of choice and value for money. My husband and I spoke with Mike Rumolo: warm, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. We were very quickly able to determine which BBQ was best for our needs and budget. The variety was fantastic: Broil King on the more affordable end to Weber in the mid-high end and Lynx for the BBQ superstars. It was a very positive and efficient experience. They also had all the accessories we needed to go with our choice. Mike arranged the assembly and delivery for us at a time we found perfectly convenient. It was truly an old fashioned, good service experience combined with modern speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend Dickson BBQ to anyone who values quality, service, and value for dollar.
