Cleanify

Worst customer service I think I've ever seen. I had decided after weighing all of my options to try Cleanify for the first time I've ever used a cleaning service. We had just purchased our first home and were having a house warming for friends and family on Saturday afternoon. I called, made the appointment, explained that it was for an event, I even committed to a 3 month contract. The week prior to the first service, a gentleman called me asking if I could change my day/time and I had to re-explain why the timing was necessary, he said no problem. The night before the service, they left me a voicemail saying they couldn't do the time requested but they'll send someone in the afternoon (during the house warming). They didn't request if that time was ok, they just said they'd send someone! I called immediately and the woman insisted that it was a sudden change in the plans and they didn't anticipate having to cancel/change my plans. If they didn't anticipate that, why did a guy call me a few days later saying they had double booked and asked me if I could change my appointment?!?!?! I have demanded a full refund and to end my contract (which according to their site, they don't do). I assure you if they don't refund the contract I will have no problem calling the BBB. Thanks for ruining my house warming as it's the night before the event and everyone is completely booked.

Very simple service - period. Cleanify was easy to deal with, my cleaner is professional and does a great job. Not sure what she uses but my house looks and smells great every time. Be careful with local knockoff companies who promise and can't deliver! No complaints with Cleanify at all. Great job guys!

I booked with this company for a weekly cleaning. The lady who came showed up 20 minutes late but phoned to let me know as the roads were terrible that day. When she arrived she was fully prepared. I am so impressed with the job she did as I have 3 children and my home is usually a tad messy. The lady even made sure to clean off the high chair and made sure it was crumbless. I have recommended this company to all of my friends and family as my expirence has been amazing. I still continue to get weekly cleaning and love my cleaning lady.

I was moving from Britsh Columbia to Alberta as I had just received a new promotion. The only glitch was that I had to make the move within a one month period. As my schedule is extremely busy I knew that I would not have time to pack my things or clean my apartment prior to leaving. I contacted a sales agent with Cleanify and spoke to her about the their services. I am the sort of person who investigates before jumping in to something. After my hour long discussion with Amanda from Cleanify, I made the decision to use their services. Quite frankly, I am extremely happy I did!! The cleaning service that was sent out to my place were well equipped with the cleaning supplies needed to complete the job. And they were both very friendly and knowledgeable about cleaning. Before I let them begin, I asked them to go over exactly what I could expect to be cleaned (I hate unpleasant surprises!) I left for work in the morning and when I returned, my place was immaculate! I would have no problem recommending Cleanify to anyone I know!

Here's the brief of it:

Asked for cleaning to try out - tell us minimum is a month. Give our card. Did not schedule after a month.

They kept on charging the card month over month. When we noticed - they said we have to use the services for the two extra months they had charge as that was per their terms and conditions. Who knows - maybe it is - but who reads the fine print - you go by what you speak with them over the phone.

With seemingly no options left - we figured might as get cleaning done out of them - otherwise its daylight robbery of $514.

2 voice messages, 3 emails - no one responds.

The site boasts about 100% satisfaction guarantee, logos of being mentioned on CNN, NBC, WSJ (which does not link to anywhere by the way) and who knows all kinds of stuff.

Amuses me that people can be so blatantly dishonest without any hesitation.

Bottom line - not honest. Wouldn't recommend them. They're sitting on $514 with no services requested nor provided for the past 4 months.

There's also a reason I guess why they're not BBB accredited.
