I was immediately impressed with JTL upon first meeting with Dolby. He was courteous and professional, and most of all, didn't try pushing the 'Cadillac' system on me.
I had done the research on the bigger companies (ADT etc), and found that they had overpriced systems with lots of gimmicks. Dolby offered a better product at a competitive price (note that the installation of their system is free, I paid a bit more for some extra sensors).
The installation was clean and quick, taking only a few hours. Dolby also made sure that I knew the system inside and out before he left.
Bottom line, go with JTL, you'll never need another system.
