My patio door failed to function on Sunday. Monday morning I called Direct Pro windows and doors, Sarah answered and asked some key questions to determine the problem. Paul came to do the job. My Patio door had been fixed within the 2 weeks span as requested. We’ll refer your company to everybody that needs new doors and windows. We just very, very happy!!!!!
