Their sales team came in person within 1-2 days to inspect the leaking windows and provided lots of options on how we could best proceed. We chose to replace 5 of the windows in our home as some were leaking and all were the original windows that needed to be updated. They sent their installation team member next within a few days to complete precise measurements and ensure the new custom windows would fit perfectly. Once completed, the windows took 4-6 weeks to be created. The installation team arrived promptly on the scheduled day with all the tools and materials needed to complete the job. They were extremely friendly, professional and efficient.
