Installing a Napoleon free standing fireplace
I contacted a few businesses about installing a freestanding fireplace (stove) in my finished basement. Some contractors were simply unprofessional, others too busy or would not work within my budget. Robin was helpful and professional fro the start. He suggested the right product, came over to finalize the details, and showed up with his crew the day and time he said he would. Within hours my new fireplace was installed and there was no mess left for me to clean up. He then followed up to make sure I was happy with the fireplace and the installation, and offered more tips and information to ensure optimal comfort and satisfaction with the product. It is very rare to meet someone with such high standards of service and such work ethics. I cannot recommend Robin more!
