Move from storage unit to house

Booking and getting an estimate for the move was seamless and professional. Three days before the move the office sent through a revised quote, noting that it was going to be 3 movers not 2 as originally discussed. As the estimate came out to nearly the same I didn't think much of it.
On moving day I didn't get the coffee they made a point about mentioning and confirming how took it. It's just a coffee, but don't over promise and under deliver.
The movers were careful for the most part. There was a box of cds tipped over and spilled out onto the sidewalk - but otherwise our 10x10 storage unit was emptied, loaded and delivered in 2.5 hours in total. The movers had me sign for the job and we settled the bill with an amount very close to the estimate given to me the day before.
The driver called back 30 minutes later and said "there was an error with your bill, it was meant to $240 more" and that he needed to charge it to my card. I called the office to better understand what was going on.
It turns out the moving crew adjusted formula when they had me sign for the job (listing only 2 movers) which is why it looked similar to what I was quoted. Shawn (office manager?) walked me through the simple math twice to explain why I needed to pay another $240, but never once acknowledging that the information I was given a few days before was wrong. No apology, or "sorry for the confusion". Somehow I was meant to feel that it was my error?
They are expensive for what you get. Make your own coffee.
If you decide to use them - double check the math on the quote $190x2 does not equal $258.
