Hired them to pack to help facilitate the move so it would be organized to their satisfaction. They saw that I was mostly packed and basically charged me $1800 for a kitchen pack. I had to ask for the wardrobe boxes on the day of the move to pack my bedroom. That evening, the Rob the sales guy called to recommend that they show up late - 1:00P.M.!!!! On the day of the move - it was unorganized, the team was miserable - granted it was raining (alghough if they had been there earlier, they would have missed the worst of it, and my Tiffany bracelet went mysteriously missing from my bedroom. I called to see if someone packed it or knew where it was but no one called back.
